The Challenge

Charles & Colvard sourced packaging from several different vendors each with their own specifications, materials, and printing methods. This lead to inconsistencies when presenting and shipping product, and a fragmented brand experience for customers.

The Solution

I worked with the fulfillment team to select a single vendor for packaging production. I then created a master set of packaging specs that unified the look and feel for all Charles & Colvard’s packaging.

Rings and earrings used the same packaging. An insert allowed the box to be converted from a standard ring box to a box meant for earrings.
