The Challenge


Citrix, a multinational technology company, was launching a new workspace application and needed a way to help their clients onboard the new software with their employees.

 

The Solution

I worked closely with the adoption marketing team and the copy team to create a kit of materials that included instruction manuals, guides for rolling out the new software to different teams, a customizable timeline, and promotional materials to drive awareness and engagement.

The majority of companies using the new Citrix Workspace product were large and employed thousands of individuals in multiple locations. In order to roll out a new piece of software across such a large organization, we developed a system involving different product “champions” throughout the company. These champions would work together to share the responsibilities of onboarding their teams, and ensure that the workspace was being actively used.

Multiple instruction manuals were created to walk users through installation, set-up, and use of the Citrix Workspace product.

A editable timeline was provided to clients, allowing them to plan and meet key goals leading up to the rollout of the software at their organization.

Branded desktop wallpapers were created allowing users of the Citrix Workspace product to easily see when they were working in their virtual desktop environment. The wallpapers also served to build brand equity and get users excited about the Citrix Workspace product.
